Kyle Patrick Dickherber (born May 20, 1986, Atlanta, Georgia, United States) is an American singer-songwriter, guitarist, and best known as the lead singer of Boston power pop band, The Click Five, not to be confused with the Doug Wright-nominated cartoonist Patrick Kyle. In February 2007, former vocalist of The Click Five, Eric Dill, officially left the band. Kyle was then scouted by Atlantic Records, and formally joined the band in early 2007. ==Personal life== Kyle was born and raised in Marietta, GA, where he graduated from Lassiter High School and later moved to Boston to attend college. Kyle attended the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston. In 2007, his third year at the college, he was chosen by The Click Five to be the new lead singer of their band, replacing Eric Dill who had left the band in late 2006. He left in the middle of his studies to join The Click Five as the lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist. He has been performing since the age of 11, citing Eric Clapton and his bands Derek & The Dominos, Cream, Stevie Ray Vaughan & James Taylor as his main influences. Kyle revealed that upon his joining of the band, he had to do an initiation. "The latest one was they painted me brown with baked beans, and put me in a half man, half horse suit. They made me walk around in Copley Square, with a megaphone, and I had to say random things like “Hello, Hello my name is Kyle Patrick! I reside in East Boston…”" Kyle is also a Celebrity Ambassador with MTV EXIT, performing countries like Cambodia and Thailand to raise awareness about human trafficking. He visited shelters to interact with human trafficking victims, as well as to hear their life stories. He is also involved with the Human Trafficking Awareness Council and performed at the 2011 Freedom Walk and rally against human trafficking in New York City. In addition to his performances to raise awareness about human trafficking, Kyle is also an active participant in the annual New York City Marathon to raise funds for charity. In 2010, the funds he raised went to Team For Kids, and in 2011, to the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation. He currently resides in Brooklyn, New York City. 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Kyle Patrick」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
